Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time Across India
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability. Remote locations may require additional time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your account where available. Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.
Delays Due to Weather or Courier Services
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier constraints, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist you wherever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged at delivery, please photograph the outer packaging and product condition, and contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
