Return & Refund Policy

Our approach to returns, refunds, damaged orders, and cancellations, written to protect product safety while supporting customers fairly.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only when the product is damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective at the time of delivery. Please contact us promptly with photographs and order details.

Non-Returnable Products (Food Items)

For hygiene and safety reasons, food products such as ghee and consumable Ayurvedic items cannot be returned once delivered, opened, used, or tampered with, unless they are damaged or incorrect on arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us with photos of the package, product, and invoice. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another approved method where required. We may request additional information to verify the order and issue.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. The final credit timeline may depend on your bank, card provider, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for damaged or incorrect products where stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or another suitable resolution.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order may not be eligible for cancellation unless required by law or approved by our support team.
