Cancellation Policy
A simple explanation of when orders can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped. If the request is approved, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund process where payment has already been collected.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible because the package is already with the courier. In such cases, our return and refund rules may apply if there is a valid issue with the order.
Refund Process
Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method or another approved method where necessary. Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and bank processing cycles.
Exceptions
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including customised orders, promotional bundles already dispatched, or orders that have entered final shipping preparation.
